Shipping policy

At Lulu Labels, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 5 working days for manufacturing before your order is ready for collection or shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

Collection

Orders can be collected from us in Douglasdale, Johannesburg. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection, along with collection details. We do not have a customer-facing office for appointments outside of pre-arranged collections.

Shipping Options

We currently offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping – Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.

• Express Shipping – Faster manufacturing and delivery option, with details shown at checkout.

Please note: Shipping rates and delivery times are subject to change and will always be updated at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We ship across South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor your delivery.
