Change-of-mind returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase handy.
To get started, email us at [email protected]. We'll confirm whether your return is accepted and send you instructions from there. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us — we won't be able to process it.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost, to our address in Johannesburg.
Items we can't accept back
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable for change of mind. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act for defective goods still apply to all items, including sale items.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at [email protected] and we'll sort it out. We'll cover the return shipping for any defective items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time to reflect the amount on your statement.
